Aethic Mawstorm

When you cast a spell, distribute {x} Rift tokens
where {x} is the number of {b} spent to
cast it, amongst any number of creatures. You
may, as a sorcery, exile Aethic Mawstorm to exile
each creature with rift tokens that exceed its total converted mana cost, put three suspend counters
on Aethic Mawstorm, when the suspend counters
are gone, you may cast Aethic Mawstorm for no
cost. Permanent spells you cast gain Ward {x}, where {x} is the total amount of {u} spent
to cast it.
