your library. You may cast a spell that's one or
more colors from among them without paying
its mana cost. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. (To energize 4, put {e}{e}{e}{e}, four energy counters, on an Energy-Cell
you control. If you don't control an Energy-Cell,
create a colorless Energy-Cell artifact token first.)
