Aether Suppressor

Aether Suppressor enters the battlefield with a
number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the
total number of counters on all permanents.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if another permanent has a counter on it, remove a +1/+1 counter from Aether Suppressor. If you do, you
may remove a counter from any number of other target permanents.
