If Aegon, The Conqueror is your commander, start
the game with "Balerion, The Black Dread", "Vhagar"
and "Meraxes" in your command zone. Cast them
only if you control Aegon, The Conqueror.
Aegon's Conquest—When Aegon, The Conqueror attacks, you may place target dragon card from your command zone into play tapped and attacking. Put
that dragon into your hand at the end of combat. If
at any time you control "Balerion", "Vhagar" and "
