Creature and artifact spells in your hand have
flash and can't be countered.
Lapse in the Rifts — When you cast a creature or artifact spell anytime you could cast an instant,
roll a D20. If the result is 4 or lower, instead
exile that spell. At the beginning of your next
upkeep, return it to the battlefield under your
control.
